Our Agency Fees are applied per person. The fees vary, depending on the length of stay you opt for, for your employee. Our table of charges is:

Refund Policy : early leaving or dismissal

If the employee leaves ahead of schedule, we offer a refund towards your next employee recruited through our agency.

For up to 2 months 1 free replacement free of charge. This refund is £15 for each incomplete month up to a maximum of 10 months.
E.g. paid £250 and person leaves after 6 months then there is £90 credit against replacement employee. 

 

Extended Employment

If you ask for an extension to the original time or bring them back for further work say the next season, a surcharge will be added at a rate of £15 / month up to a maximum of £250
E.g. if originally it was a 3 month, contract fee = £100.
Ask them to work a further 3 months = surcharge of £45.
